All item must be returned to the original point of purchase , in their original
condition. No returns are entertained for orders placed for special
promotions/occasion or on sale. These are limited occasion offers and therefore
cancellations are not possible. In case of return, we offer only store credit. No
refund is applicable.
Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 3 working days of
receiving the merchandise for UAE shipment and within 5 working days of
receiving the merchandise for other countries.
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans
and craftsman, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale”. Please

Once returns are received by us and quality checks done & cleared, you shall
